A visionary with more than 20 years’ experience in steel design and fabrication, Dean has created a can-do culture that’s seen Hutchinson Engineering grow from 10 employees to more than 140 – and become the UK market leader for telecom structures and off-shore steelwork.
Steve came to Hutchinson in 1996 as a quantity surveyor and progressed to Operations Director in 2013 then Managing Director in 2023. Using his strategic and operational expertise, he leads on the delivery of our larger projects. He also oversees the expansion and development of our production and installation capabilities.
A people champion with a strong commercial background, Mark is responsible for the effective operation of Hutchinson Engineering’s financial, commercial and human resource functions. His open, supportive management style empowers our teams to deliver excellence.
With a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Louis joined us in 2001 after several years with a major French lattice tower manufacturer. He leads a highly respected and professional team of designers and engineers – and is responsible for the integrity of the products we manufacture.
With a background in automotive coatings, Neal has been a sales professional for more than 30 years. For 15 of those, he’s been in the steel industry – working across a range of sectors including renewables, rail and marine. He’s responsible for Hutchinson Engineering’s client relationships.
