Our Fabrication facility currently maintains a capacity 50t per week and carries a team of multi-skilled operatives capable of both on and off site production. Storage of galvanised structures is available at our Ditton based Distribution Centre. This capacity is supplemented through the use of other local fabrication partners where necessary.

Our maximum lifting capacity is currently 5t, with use of our overhead crane rail. Larger assemblies are completed with outsourced cranage within a designated workshop area.

All production is controlled by our ISO9001:2000 accreditation which covers all Design, Manufacture and Installation Activities.

We employ a rolling system of manufacture, with all incoming steel accepted at our Fabrication Centre, items dispatched for galvanising and returned to our distribution centre for any post galvanising works and final quality inspection.

Project planning and sequencing from design to delivery carried out utilising our Strucad software functionality and load lists to ensure deliveries are made to programme and project sequence thus minimising on site storage requirements and ensuring availability of the workforce components.

All Transport requirements can be fully tailored to meet client requirements.
