Hutchinson Engineering have been designing, manufacturing and supplying wind turbine structures for several years. During this time we have gained invaluable experience.
To date we have designed structures suitable for turbines from 1kW to 50kW, ranging up to 25m in height. Larger designs than this can be considered and we are happy to discuss your requirements. We offer a range of towers that have been designed with a gin pole arrangement, using both the standard cable hoist system and larger hydraulic winches, as well as ram type for raising and lowering.	These dynamic, fatigue sensitive, structures demand a high level of detailed analysis, for each turbine at each height, to ensure current code compliance and safety requirements over the lifetime of the structure.	We have developed an innovative foundation arrangement (patent pending), which requires approximately one third of the concrete necessary for a traditional base.
