We believe in giving something back to the sectors in which we work. Our successful apprenticeship programme enables apprentices to develop their skills and build long-lasting careers.
Each new intake of apprentice welders is drawn from new and existing employees every September. During the 3-4 year programme they will undertake expert training and gain first class experience of manufacturing processes.
Once their training is complete, we encourage our apprentices to continue in employment with us, where they can flourish as key members of our team.
